About Me
From NY to LA
Unlike a lot of transplants, I was an actress even before I moved to Los Angeles. Stage acting was my passion and I appeared on stage in everything from Shakespeare in the Park to Dinner Theatre in the Round, with a special emphasis on musical comedy. Hollywood offered me opportunities in film and TV and I have worked with stars like William Shatner, Fran Drescher, Tim Curry, Cloris Leachman, Eva Longoria and Vanessa Hudgens - on shows and in movies like WILL AND GRACE, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES, WITHOUT A TRACE, THE NANNY and BANDSLAM.

Motivation is my second love and I get to "act" on that as a successful WW coach, supporting members in their weight loss, exercise and mindset goals.
I'm a playwright!
My recent one-act play Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! was produced as part of a critically acclaimed evening of one-acts entitled Moving On - A World Premiere Evening of One Act plays all about what comes next. Stay tuned for a full length version.... coming soon!

When I'm not on stage or screen, your kids may find me in the classroom, nourishing the next generation of performers, at a private school in the San Fernando Valley.
